Speed of Dark Studios (aka Speed of Dark Music) is the developer that created the VR apps "(m)ORPH",  "Saturnine", and "Audion" for Meta (Oculus) Rift, Rift-S, Pro, Quest1, Quest2, Quest3, and Quest3s VR headsets.  "(m)ORPH and Saturnine are music VR apps that let you interact with music and create unique spatial audio experiences. Audion is a VR game for Meta Quest 2, 3, 3s, and Pro headsets.

What data we collect:​

AUDION collects the following data from users via the Meta Horizon Platform SDK:

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned by Meta to each user

• User Profile — your Meta Horizon username and profile picture

• Followers — your Meta Horizon friends/followers list

What data we do not collect:

We do not collect your email address, physical address, age, or payment information.

 

How we use your data:​

The data listed above is used solely to operate in-game leaderboards — specifically, to display your username alongside your score and ranking, and to allow you to compare your scores against friends. Your followers list is used only to identify which other players are your friends so their scores can be shown on your friends leaderboard. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the in-game leaderboard feature.

How to have your data deleted:

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at audio@speedofdarkmusic.com. We will fulfill all deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. This right applies to all users regardless of region.
